Liquor yang Memabukkan oleh Ahli Kimia) (Pindaan) 2014.

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Julai 2014.

ORDER 2014

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 32(3) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Excise (Sale by Retail of Intoxicating

Liquor by Chemists) (Amendment) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 5 2.

The Excise (Sale by Retail of Intoxicating Liquor by Chemists) Order 1977

[P.U. (A) 154/1977] is amended in paragraph 5—

(a)

in subparagraph (1), by substituting for the words “$7.50” the words

“RM15.00”; and

(b)

in subparagraph (2), by substituting for the words “$1.00” the words

“RM2.00”.
