Peremitan fi
Fi bagi visa yang kena dibayar di bawah butiran 2II Perintah Fi
(Pasport dan Visa) 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] bagi butiran Republik Rakyat China diremitkan satu ratus peratus.
Peremitan fi di bawah subperenggan (1) hendaklah hanya terpakai bagi pelancong yang merupakan warganegara Republik Rakyat China yang datang ke
Malaysia bagi maksud lawatan sosial, tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat yang berikut:
pelancong individu;
apa-apa kategori lain yang boleh ditentukan oleh Ketua
Pengarah Imigresen; dan 3
dibenarkan tinggal di Malaysia bagi tempoh tiga puluh hari bagi setiap kemasukan tanpa apa-apa pelanjutan tempoh.

FEES (PASPORTS AND VISAS) (REMISSION OF FEES) (NO. 2) ORDER 2015
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Fees (Passports and Visas)
(Remission of Fees) (No. 2) Order 2015.
This Order shall have effect for the period from 15 February 2015 to 31 December 2015.
Remission of fees 2.
The fees for visa payable under item 2II of the Fees (Passports and Visas)
Order 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] for the item People’s Republic of China is remitted one hundred percent.
The remission of fees under subparagraph (1) shall only apply to a tourist who is a citizen of People’s Republic of China who comes to Malaysia for the purpose of social visit, subject to the following conditions:
individual tourist;
any other categories which may be determined by the
Director General of Immigration; and

permitted to stay in Malaysia for a period of thirty days for each entry without any extension of period.
