PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 22 (2) Akta Institusi-institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976; Menteri Pelajaran membuat Perintah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Institusi-institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Jadual Pertama) (Pindaan) 1980.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-institusi Pelajaran (Tatertib) 1976 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja butiran-butiran baru yang berikut di bawah Ruang Satu, Dua dan Tiga masing-masing:

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) ACT 1976 EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) (FIRST SCHEDULE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1980

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 (2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976, the Minister of Education makes the following Order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 1980.

Seksyen 2

The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting immediately after item 5 the following new items under the respective First, Second and Third Columns thereof:
