PERINTAH INSTITUSI-INSTITUSI PELAJARAN (TATATERTIB) (JADUAL PERTAMA) (PINDAAN) 1986

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) (Jadual Pertama) (Pindaan) 1986.

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja butiran 12, butiran-butiran baru 13 dan 14 yang berikut di bawah Ruang Satu, Dua dan Tiga masing-masing:

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION (DISCIPLINE) (FIRST SCHEDULE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1986

This Order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline) (First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 1986.

The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended by inserting after item 12, the following new items 13 and 14 under the respective First, Second and Third Columns thereof:
