The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended—
(a)
by substituting Item No.1 and the particulars relating thereto with the following new Item No.1 and the particulars relating thereto:

The whole Act"; and
(b)
by deleting Item Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 12 and the particulars relating thereto respectively.
