FEDERAL ROADS (PRIVATE MANAGEMENT) (COLLECTION OF TOLLS)

(DAMANSARA–PUCHONG HIGHWAY) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2

of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)

(Collection of Tolls) (Damansara–Puchong Highway) (Amendment) (No. 3)

Order 2015.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 October 2015.

Amendment of paragraph 2

(Damansara – Puchong Highway) Order 1999 [P. U. (A) 27/1999], which is referred to as the ”principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1)—

(a)

by substituting for the words “column (2) of Parts I to III of the

First Schedule” the words “column (2) of the First Schedule”;

(b)

by substituting for the words “column (1) of Parts I to III of the

First Schedule according to the consession years,” the words

“column (1)”; and

(b)

by substituting for the words “14 August 2029” the words

“14 August 2030”.

Amendment of First Schedule 3.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:
