Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (West Coast Expressway (Taiping-Banting)) (Amendment)
(No. 3) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 September 2024.

(West Coast Expressway (Taiping-Banting)) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 14/2020], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2—
(i)
in subsubparagraph (b), by deleting the word “and” at the end of the subsubparagraph;
(ii)
in subsubparagraph (c), by deleting the word “and” at the end of the subsubparagraph;
(iii)
in subsubparagraph (d), by substituting for the comma at the end of the subsubparagraph a semicolon; and
(d)
