IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2
of the
Federal Roads (Private Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement
1. (1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Seremban–Port Dickson Expressway) (Amendment) (No. 2)
Order 2018.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2019.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.

(Seremban-Port Dickson Expressway) Order 2004 [P.U. (A) 326/2004] is amended in the heading of the First Schedule by substituting for the words “31 DECEMBER 2018”
the words “31 DECEMBER 2019”.
