[P.U. (A) 437/2002], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam subperenggan 3(1) dengan menggantikan perkataan “Jadual Ketiga B” di mana-mana jua terdapat dengan perkataan “Jadual Ketiga C”.

Bagi maksud mengira bilangan gandar dan roda sesebuah kenderaan, gandar dan roda mana-mana treler yang ditarik oleh kenderaan itu hendaklah termasuk sebagai sebahagian daripada gandar dan roda kenderaan itu.”.

For the purpose of calculating the number of axles and wheels of a vehicle, the axles and wheels of any trailer towed by the vehicle shall be included as part of the axles and wheels of the vehicle.”.
