PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Johor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Lebuh Raya Penyuraian Timur (EDL)) 2012

[P.U. (A) 91/2012], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan subperenggan 2(1) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:

“(1)

Bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Penyuraian Timur (EDL)

yang bermula—

(a)

dari kilometer 7.87 di koordinat U168492.927, T640617.968 Grid

Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geosentrik (GDM2000) dan berakhir di koordinat U161918.328, T640983.311 Grid RSO

termasuk

Persimpangan

Bertingkat

Pandan, Persimpangan Bertingkat Bakar Batu, Persimpangan

Bertingkat CIQ, Pusat Pungutan Tol Masuk dan Keluar dalam

Kompleks Kastam, Imigresen dan Kuarantin (CIQ) yang dikenali sebagai Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, dan jalan-jalan sambungannya, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 8.62 kilometer;

(b)

dari koordinat U162060.992, T641536.480 Grid RSO Geosentrik

(GDM2000) di Persimpangan Bertingkat CIQ dan berakhir di koordinat U162096.730, T641326.793 Grid RSO Geosentrik

(GDM2000) di Kompleks Kastam, Imigresen dan Kuarantin (CIQ)

yang dikenali sebagai Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 0.3 kilometer; dan

(c)

dari koordinat U162542.628, T641252.460 Grid RSO Geosentrik

(GDM2000) di Persimpangan Bertingkat CIQ dan berakhir di koordinat U162096.730, T641326.793 Grid RSO Geosentrik

(GDM2000) di Kompleks Kastam, Imigresen dan Kuarantin (CIQ)

yang dikenali sebagai Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 0.4 kilometer, diisytiharkan sebagai jalan Persekutuan.”.

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959

FEDERAL ROADS (EASTERN DISPERSAL LINK EXPRESSWAY (EDL)) (AMENDMENT)

ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959

[Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Johor, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Eastern Dispersal Link

Expressway (EDL)) (Amendment) Order 2014.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 August 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Federal Roads (Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL)) Order 2012

[P.U. (A) 91/2012], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended by substituting for subparagraph 2(1) the following subparagraph:

“(1)

The part of the road known as the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway

(EDL) commencing—

(a)

from kilometre 7.87 at coordinates N168492.927, E640617.968 of the Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geosentric (GDM2000)

Grid and ending at coordinates N161918.328, E640983.311 of the

RSO Geocentric (GDM2000) Grid including Pandan Interchange,

Bakar Batu Interchange, CIQ Interchange, the Inbound and

Outbound Toll Collection Centre in the Customs, Immigration and

Quarantine Complex (CIQ) which is known as the Bangunan Sultan

Iskandar, and its link roads, being a distance of 8.62 kilometres;

(b)

from coordinates N162060.992, E641536.480 of the RSO

Geosentric (GDM2000) Grid at the CIQ Interchange and ending at coordinates N162096.730, E641326.793 of the RSO Geocentric

(GDM2000) Grid at the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine

Complex (CIQ) which is known as the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, being a distance of 0.3 kilometres; and

(c)

from coordinates N162542.628, E641252.460 of the RSO

Geosentric (GDM2000) Grid at the CIQ Interchange and ending at coordinates N162096.730, E641326.793 of the RSO Geocentric

(GDM2000) Grid at the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine

Complex (CIQ) which is known as Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, being a distance of 0.4 kilometres, is declared to be a Federal road.”.

Substitution of map 3.

The principal Order is amended by substituting for the map in the Schedule the following map:
