Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Pahang, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 9 February 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989]

is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur—

(a)

by substituting for item 52 the following item:

“52.

(Route 34): Lingkaran Tengah Utama

Starting from coordinates N 3.492157, E 101.994010 and ending at coordinates N 3.832785, E 101.886546 including

Mempaga roundabout, Lebu interchange, Keruntung interchange,

Krau interchange, Raub interchange and its link roads within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 33: LINGKARAN

TENGAH UTAMA, NEGERI PAHANG (a distance of 44.018 km).”; and

(b)

by substituting for
