Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(2) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Communications and Multimedia (Appointment of Members of the Appeal Tribunal) Order 2024. Appointment of members of Appeal Tribunal 2. The Minister appoints the persons named in the Schedule as members of the Communications and Multimedia Appeal Tribunal for the period of three years with effect from 30 April 2024.
