Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(2) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Communications and Multimedia (Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal) Order 2024. Appointment of Chairman of Appeal Tribunal 2. The Minister appoints Yang Arif Tuan Wan Muhammad Amin bin Wan Yahya as the Chairman of the Communications and Multimedia Appeal Tribunal for the period of three years with effect from 15 March 2024. Revocation of appointment 3. The appointment of Yang Arif Dato’ Ahmad Fairuz bin Zainol Abidin as the Chairman of the Communications and Multimedia Appeal Tribunal by the Communications and Multimedia (Appointment of Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal) Order 2022 [P.U.
