  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Windfall Profit Levy Act 1998 [Act 592], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the

(Oil Palm Fruit) (Amendment) Order 2024.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2025.

Amendment of paragraph 5 2.

The Windfall Profit Levy (Oil Palm Fruit) Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 31/2023]

is amended in subparagraph 5(1)—

(a)

in subsubparagraph (a), by substituting for the words “RM3,000.00”

the words “RM3,150.00”; and

(b)

in subsubparagraph (b), by substituting for the words “RM3,500.00”

the words “RM3,650.00”.
