Pencetakan, pengimportan, penghasilan, penghasilan semula, penerbitan, penjualan, pengeluaran, pengelilingan, pengedaran atau pemilikan hasil penerbitan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang mungkin memudaratkan kemoralan dan ketenteraman awam dan yang berlawanan dengan mana-mana undang-undang adalah dilarang secara mutlak di seluruh

Malaysia.

PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS

(CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) (NO. 8) ORDER 2014

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Printing Presses and

Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications (Control of

Undesirable Publications) (No. 8) Order 2014.

Prohibition 2.

The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of the publications described in the Schedule which are likely to be prejudicial to morality and public order and which are contrary to any law are absolutely prohibited throughout Malaysia.
