Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4 of the Passport Act [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Passport (Visa to Tourist from the
People’s Republic of China) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2015.

This
Order comes into operation on 1
December 2015
until 31 March 2016.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Passport (Visa to Tourist from the People’s Republic of China) (Exemption)
Order 2015 [P.U. (A) 221/2015] is amended in subparagraph 2(b) by substituting for the word “twenty” the word “two”.
