PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES

(AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 30

of the

Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 [Act 342], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the

Prevention and

Control of

Infectious Diseases (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988

is amended by substituting for Part I the following part:

“PART I

Dengue fever and dengue haemorrhagic fever
