- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasanya di bawah seksyen 7 Akta Perbadanan (Kelayakan Badan Perundangan Negeri), 1962, Yang di-Pertuan Agong dengan ini membuat perintah yang berikut:

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Perbadanan (Kelayakan Badan Perundangan Negeri), 1962 adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan menambah kepadanya butiran-butiran baru 11 dan 12 yang berikut—
"11. Propagation of the teachings of Islam.
Seksyen 12
Economic and social development of the Muslim community.".

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of his powers under section 7 of the Incorporation (State Legislatures Competency) Act, 1962, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong hereby makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Incorporation (State Legislatures Competency) (Amendment of First Schedule) Order, 1974 and shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st April, 1974.
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Incorporation (State Legislatures Competency) Act, 1962 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following new items 11 and 12—
"11. Propagation of the teachings of Islam.
Seksyen 12
Economic and social development of the Muslim community.".
