The reduction of temperature is a result of two simultaneous processes. First, there is a simple exchange of sensible heat between the hot water and cold air. Second, and more important, is the evaporation of a portion of the hot water. The heat of evaporation of this portion is supplied by a decrease in the sensible heat of the main body of water, with a subsequent drop in its temperature.”; dan

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Goods of ASEAN
Countries Origin) (ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature and ASEAN Trade in
Goods Agreement) (Amendment) Order 2018.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 September 2018.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties (Goods of ASEAN Countries Origin) (ASEAN Harmonised
Tariff Nomenclature and ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement) Order 2017
[P.U. (A) 100/2017] is amended in the Second Schedule —
(a)
in Chapter 16, in the National Notes, by inserting after paragraph 2 the following paragraph:
“3.
