Opening note

Preamble

BAHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1846/1922 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu pada 24 Mac 1922, pada menjalankan kuasa yang terletak hak padanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah, 1911, Residen Selangor telah mengisytiharkan bahawa petak tanah yang terletak di Mukim Batu, yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas pelan ukur hasil No. 9,870, yang disimpan di Pejabat Penguasa Ukur Hasil, Selangor, menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud masjid, yang diselenggarakan oleh Penghulu Mukim Batu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur memberikan notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan siasatan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur berhubung dengan cadangan pembatalan itu akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 2, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur mulai pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 12.00 tengah hari pada 24 Jun 2021 dan mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap cadangan pembatalan itu boleh hadir ke siasatan itu. NATIONAL LAND CODE

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION

OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by Notification No. 1846/1922 published in the Government Gazette of the Federated Malay States on 24 March 1922, in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 9 of the Land Enactment, 1911, the Resident of Selangor has proclaimed that the parcel of land situated in the Mukim of Batu, described in the Schedule hereto, and delineated upon revenue survey plan No. 9,870, deposited in the office of the Superintendent of Revenue Surveys, Selangor, to be a reserve for the purpose of a mosque, to be maintained by the Penghulu of the Mukim of Batu:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2)

of the National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the

Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13

[P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Director of Lands and

Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, 2nd Floor, Federal House, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 12.00 p.m. on 24 June 2021 and any person who desires to object to the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
