- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 7(2)(iii) and section 14 of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner extends the period for making the objections and representations in respect of the draft of Kuala Lumpur Local Plan 2040 published in the Notice of Preparation of Draft Local Plan for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur [P.U.
