PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 73(1), Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan Nirvana Memorial Park (Ijok) Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi Skim Ijok, Nirvana Memorial Park berkuat kuasa mulai 11 Disember 2024 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa Nirvana Memorial Park (Ijok) Berhad hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa.

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts Nirvana Memorial Park (Ijok) Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for Nirvana Memorial Park, Ijok Scheme with effect from 11 December 2024 subject to the condition that Nirvana Memorial Park (Ijok) Berhad shall comply with any guideline in relation to the interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
