- MENURUT subseksyen 6(1) Akta Persatuan Nelayan 1971 [Akta 44], pelantikan Encik Hamdan bin Mamat sebagai Penolong Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan sebagaimana dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Penolong Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan [P.U. (B) 447/2023] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 10 Oktober 2023 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Oktober 2023. Preamble
- PURSUANT to subsection 6(1) of the Fishermen’s Associations Act 1971 [Act 44], the appointment of Encik Hamdan bin Mamat as an Assistant Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations as in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Assistant Registrars of Fishermen’s Associations [P.U. (B) 447/2023] published in the Gazette on 10 October 2023 is revoked with effect from 1 October 2023. [KP/LA/483/3; PN(PU2)99/III]
