- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri menetapkan lokap di Balai Polis Sik, Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Sik, Kedah sebagai tempat bagi pengurungan orang, yang direman atau dihukum dengan apa-apa tempoh pemenjaraan, tidak melebihi satu bulan. Pembatalan 2. Penetapan lokap di Balai Polis Sik, Gurun, Kedah sebagai tempat tahanan melalui Penetapan Lokap-lokap Sebagai Tempat Tahanan [P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister appoints the lock-up at the Sik Police Station, Sik District Police Headquarters, Kedah to be a place for the confinement of persons, remanded or sentenced to such terms of imprisonment, not exceeding one month. Revocation 2. The appointment of lock-up at the Police Station Sik, Gurun, Kedah as a place of confinement by the Appointment of Lockups as Places for Confinement [P.U.
