- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(4) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Azhaniz Teh bin Azman Teh to be the Chairman and Nik Nasimah binti Nik Mohamad to be the Deputy Chairman of the Appeal Board for the period from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2027.
