Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) terhadap Rentak Sehati Sdn. Bhd. dan Tan Wei Keat supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi Jenayah 5, Shah Alam pada 14 Ogos 2024 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful

Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) against Rentak Sehati Sdn. Bhd. and Tan Wei Keat to attend before Criminal High Court 5, Shah Alam on 14 August 2024 at 9.00 a.m.

to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
