- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 Akta Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah 1972 [Akta 85], Pihak Berkuasa, dengan kelulusan Menteri, telah melantik Zainal Azni bin Zulkifli sebagai Ketua Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah berkuat kuasa mulai 7 Jun 2024. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Abdullah bin Zainal @ Deraman sebagai Ketua Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 615/2020 pada 18 November 2020 dibatalkan mulai 7 Jun 2024. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority Act 1972 [Act 85], the Authority, with the approval of the Minister, has appointed Zainal Azni bin Zulkifli as the Director General of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority with effect from 7 June 2024. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Abdullah bin Zainal @ Deraman as the Director General of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority as published in P.U.
