- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2020 [Act A1615], the Minister appoints 15 September 2024 as the date on which section 4, paragraphs 5(c), (d), (e), and (f), paragraph 8(b), section 10, paragraphs 11(a), (b) and (c), and sections 18, 33 and 34 of the Act comes into operation.
