merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan; dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa

Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).
