- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2) Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pengerusi suatu Bahagian Mahkamah Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai 13 Februari 2024 hingga 12 Februari 2028.
