- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Akta Ibu Kota Persekutuan 1960 [Akta 190] dan menurut perenggan 2(b) Peraturan-Peraturan Lembaga Penasihat Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur 1989 [P.U. (A) 172/1989], pelantikan Dato’ Setia Diraja Dato’ Abdul Ghani bin Pateh Akhir sebagai ahli Lembaga Penasihat Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Ahli Lembaga Penasihat [P.U. (B) 493/2014] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 31 Oktober 2014 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 8 November 2023. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Federal Capital Act 1960 [Act 190] and pursuant to paragraph 2(b) of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur Regulations 1989 [P.U. (A) 172/1989], the appointment of Dato’ Setia Diraja Dato’ Abdul Ghani bin Pateh Akhir as a member of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members of the Advisory Board [P.U. (B) 493/2014] published in the Gazette on 31 October 2014 is revoked with effect from 8 November 2023. P.U.
