- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 55(1) Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri membatalkan penetapan Sekolah Tunas Bakti Marang, Terengganu menjadi tempat perlindungan melalui Penetapan Tempat Perlindungan [P.U. (B) 32/2005] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 13 Januari 2005 berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Disember 2024. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 55(1) of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister revokes the appointment of Sekolah Tunas Bakti Marang, Terengganu to be a place of refuge by the Appointment of Place of Refuge [P.U. (B) 32/2005] published in the Gazette on 13 January 2005 with effect from 1 December 2024.
