AUTHORIZATION UNDER SUBSECTION 9(1)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(1) of the Stamp Act 1949

[Act 378], the Collector authorizes the Director General of the Public Service to compound for the payment of duty on the instruments specified in the Schedule which are chargeable with stamp duty in relation to item 22 of the First Schedule to the Act for the purpose of pursuing higher education in higher educational institutions or any course of study in any institution.
