- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 73(1) Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan Xiao En Land Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi Xiao En Memorial Park 2 Scheme, berkuat kuasa mulai 11 Disember 2024 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa Xiao En Land Berhad hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts Xiao En Land Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for Xiao En Memorial Park 2 Scheme, with effect from 11 December 2024 subject to the condition that the Xiao En Land Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to the interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
