- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Idrus bin Harun sebagai Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Persaingan bagi tempoh mulai 25 November 2024 hingga 24 November 2027. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Idrus bin Harun as the Chairman of the Competition Commission for the period from 25 November 2024 until 24 November 2027.
