- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act 2022 [Act 840], the Minister appoints 8 March 2024 as the date on which sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 27 of the Act come into operation.
