- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 26(1)(a) dan subseksyen 26(2) Akta Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1993 [Akta 504], Kerajaan menamatkan penyiasatan duti anti-lambakan berkenaan dengan import rod dawai keluli yang dikelaskan di bawah Kod Sistem yang Diharmonikan (“Kod H.S.”) dan Tatanama Tarif Berharmonis ASEAN (“AHTN”) 7213.91.10 00, 7213.91.20 00, 7213.91.90 00 dan 7227.90.90 00 yang berasal atau dieksport dari Republik Rakyat China, Republik Indonesia dan Republik Sosialis Viet Nam atas sebab penarikan balik petisyen oleh pempetisyen, secara serta-merta. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers given by paragraph 26(1)(a) and subsection 26(2) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504], the Government terminates the anti-dumping duty investigation with regard to the imports of steel wire rods classified under the Harmonised System Code (“H.S. Code”) and ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (“AHTN”) 7213.91.10 00, 7213.91.20 00, 7213.91.90 00 and 7227.90.90 00 originating or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam by reason of the withdrawal of the petition by the petitioner, with immediate effect.
