Mahkamah Kehakiman (Mahkamah Rayuan) (Rehat) 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994],
Presiden Mahkamah Rayuan mengisytiharkan bahawa permulaan dan tempoh rehat
Mahkamah Rayuan bagi tahun kalendar 2026 adalah—
dari Isnin, 1 Jun 2026 hingga Jumaat, 12 Jun 2026; dan
dari Khamis, 17 Disember 2026 hingga Khamis, 31 Disember 2026.

DECLARATION OF COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF VACATIONS
OF THE COURT OF APPEAL
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by rule 2 of the Courts of Judicature
(Court of Appeal) (Vacations) Rules 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994], the President of the Court of Appeal declares that the commencement and duration of vacations of the Court of Appeal for the calendar year 2026 shall be—
from Monday, 1 June 2026 to Friday, 12 June 2026; and
from Thursday, 17 December 2026 to Thursday, 31 December 2026.
