- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(a) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed Pathmanathan a/l R. Nalasamy as the Registrar General for Persons with Disabilities with effect from 18 February 2025. [JKM.PU.100-14/22; PN(PU2)668/JLD.4]
