Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Ubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2001 [P.U.
(a)
merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang; dan
(b)
menetapkan bahawa
Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)
of the
National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya
(Modification of
National
Land
Code)
Order 2001
[P.U.
(A)
213/2001]
and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 360/2002], the Land Executive Committee of the
Federal Territory of Putrajaya—
(a)
reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for an open area; and
(b)
designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
