- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 73(1) Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan Nirvana KL Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi Skim Nirvana 3, berkuat kuasa mulai 8 Oktober 2025 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa Nirvana KL Berhad hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts Nirvana KL Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for Nirvana 3 Scheme, with effect from 8 October 2025 subject to the condition that Nirvana KL Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
