Section 42

Section 42

(1)

No person shall engage in the aquaculture of any fish specified as controlled species without a permit issued by the Director.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
