Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 skim itu; permohonan itu hendaklah dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

I, Haji Omar bin Paimin, State RISDA Director of the State of Malacca, in exercise of the powers conferred on Me by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry
Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, hereby give notice that the “Register of Applications for Grants for the Replanting of
Rubber smallholders” for the year 2006 shall be opened on the 1 January 2005
and shall be closed on the 31st December 2006.
Seksyen 2
Application shall be made on the prescribed application forms obtainable from any offices as follows:
(i)
State RISDA Office of Malacca;
(iii)
Field Staff of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority
(RISDA).
Seksyen 3
Any application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the prescribed period as above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the scheme, the application shall be considered as an inadmissible application.
