Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 28(4) Akta Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1993 [Akta 504], Kerajaan telah membuat penentuan muktamad negatif bagi kajian semula pentadbiran terhadap pengenaan duti anti-lambakan berkenaan dengan import besi atau keluli bukan aloi gegelung gulungan sejuk, dengan kelebaran melebihi 1300mm tidak termasuk plat hitam kilang timah dan dagangan subjek yang diimport bagi maksud penggunaan akhir automotif dan finwall untuk transformer, yang dikelaskan di bawah Kod Sistem yang Diharmonikan (Kod H.S.) dan Tatanama Tarif Berharmonis ASEAN (AHTN) 7209.15.00 00,

Seksyen 7209

16.90 00, 7209.17.90 00 dan 7209.18.99 00, yang berasal atau dieksport dari

Republik Korea dan Republik Sosialis Viet Nam (“dagangan subjek”).

Sebab bagi penentuan muktamad negatif bagi kajian semula pentadbiran 2.

Penentuan muktamad negatif bagi kajian semula pentadbiran itu didapati oleh sebab kepentingan awam.

Penamatan penyiasatan 3.

Atas sebab yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan 2, penyiasatan yang dikenakan terhadap import dagangan subjek hendaklah ditamatkan pada 23 Jun 2025.

NOTICE OF NEGATIVE FINAL DETERMINATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF

ANTI-DUMPING DUTY WITH REGARD TO IMPORTS OF COLD ROLLED COILS OF IRON

OR NON-ALLOY STEEL, OF WIDTH MORE THAN 1300MM ORIGINATING OR EXPORTED

FROM THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA AND THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 28(4) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504], the Government has made a negative final determination for the administrative review on the imposition of anti-dumping duty with regard to the imports of cold rolled coils of iron or non-alloy steel, of width more than 1300mm excluding tin mill black plate and subject merchandise imported for the purposes of automotive and finwall for transformer end usage, classified under Harmonised System Code (H.S. Code) and ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) 7209.15.00 00, 7209.16.90 00, 7209.17.90 00 and 7209.18.99 00, originating or exported from the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (“subject merchandise”). Reason for the negative final determination of the administrative review 2. The negative final determination of administrative review is found due to public interest. Termination of investigation 3. For the reason stated in paragraph 2, the investigation on the imports of subject merchandise shall be terminated on 23 June 2025.
