PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri membatalkan perisytiharan Bayan Lepas Daerah Barat Daya, Mukim 12 sebagai suatu zon perindustrian bebas yang disiarkan dalam Warta melalui Pemberitahu Zon Perdagangan Bebas (Kawasan-kawasan yang Diisytiharkan) (Pindaan) 1974 [P.U. (A) 356/1974] pada 10 Oktober 1974.
