- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri meminda Jadual Kedua kepada Akta dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 24 dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister amends the Second Schedule to the Act by inserting after item 24 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
