PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 39 Akta Perbadanan Amanah Raya 1995 [Akta 532], Menteri meluluskan Siti Zuwana binti Mohamad Nasuha untuk memulakan, hadir dalam dan menjalankan, bagi pihak Perbadanan, apa-apa prosiding yang melibatkan Perbadanan. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 [Act 532], the Minister approves Siti Zuwana binti Mohamad Nasuha to institute, appear in and conduct, on behalf of the Corporation, any proceedings involving the Corporation.
