A provision that does not match the gazette, a missing instrument, a section in the wrong place, a wrong in-force status, a dead source link. These are the reports that improve the corpus for everyone, so they come first.
Include the page URL and, if you can, the official text you are comparing against. Report incorrect content. How the text is sourced and checked in the first place is in methodology.
02 · Removal and takedown
If a page should not be published — a document withdrawn by its publisher, a judgment subject to a reporting restriction, material naming you that should not be public, or a copyright complaint — say so through the form and name the exact URL, who you act for, and the legal basis. Open a removal request — an actioned removal is recorded and stays appealable for 30 days, so leave a way to reach you or we cannot tell you the outcome.

03 · Privacy requests
Access to the personal data held about you, correction, or deletion of your account and everything tied to it. There is no self-service delete today — ask through the form and it is actioned. The privacy policy says exactly what is held and who it reaches.
04 · Everything else
Press, licensing, bulk or API access beyond the public MCP endpoint, partnership, an advertising or billing question, or a bug that is not about the legal text — same form, and say which. 05 · What we cannot do
We cannot help with your legal problem. mylaw.my is a reading tool, not a law firm and not an official publisher — we do not give legal advice, do not interpret a provision for your situation, and cannot tell you what to do about a case, a contract, a charge or a notice. For that, a practitioner qualified in Malaysia is the right person, and the only one.
We also cannot change the law, expedite anything with a court or a government body, or act as a channel to one.
