- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 12 Akta Pusat Jagaan 1993 [Akta 506], Menteri melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai diberi kuasa bagi maksud Akta mulai 20 Oktober 2011 dan selama tempoh mereka berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Care Centres Act 1993 [Act 506], the Minister appoints the persons named in the Schedule as authorized officers for the purpose of the Act with effect from 20 October 2011 and for the period they serve with the Department of Social Welfare Malaysia.
