Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Pengarah Syarikat JIM Project & Expo Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. daripada pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di “Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition 2011 (LIMA 2011)” bagi tempoh lima minggu mulai dari 21 November 2011 hingga 25 Disember 2011 dengan syarat bahawa ada lesen senjata yang berkuat kuasa, berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi itu, yang telah diberikan kepada Pengarah JIM Project & Expo Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. Bertarikh 17 November 2011 [KDN.R.14/848/2/3 Klt.4; PN(PU2)251/III] Bagi pihak dan atas nama Menteri Dalam Negeri DATUK WIRA ABU SEMAN YUSOP Timbalan Menteri Dalam Negeri P.U. Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of JIM Project & Expo Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the “Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition 2011 (LIMA 2011)” for a period of five weeks from 21 November 2011 to 25 December 2011 provided that there is in force an arms license, in respect of those arms and ammunition, granted to the Director of JIM Project & Expo Logistics (M) Sdn.
